Amidst the blue of the lake, the green of the mountains and the energy of a waterfall… with a steaming bowl of polenta waiting for us at the mountain hut!
A walk to discover one of the most picturesque corners of the Lecco area, where the beauty of nature blends with the charm of small villages and mountain traditions.
We’ll set off fromAbbadia Larianato reach the stunningCenghen Waterfall, nestled in a truly enchanting natural setting amongst rocks, woods and crystal-clear waters.
The route will treat us to breathtaking panoramic views of Lake Como, as we pass through ancient olive groves, rural villages, picturesque footpaths and corners of the countryside where time seems to pass more slowly.
But our day won’t end here!
We’re in for a truly special stop-off at a friend’s mountain hut, where we’ll all be able to sit down together and enjoy a lovelysteaming bowl of polenta, savouring the pleasure of good company and fine mountain cuisine.
A day to be savoured at a leisurely pace, surrounded by nature, stunning views, good company and authentic flavours.
Because the best excursions aren’t just the ones that take us to wonderful places, but also the ones that give us moments to share!
