Hiking through beautiful hills reminiscent of Tuscany, at dusk we relax mind and body lulled by sounds, a bath of vibrations.
A new proposal, a gong bath in nature for deep relaxation! In cooperation with our friend Walter, Sound Healer, we discover the benefits of a holistic experience, lulled by gentle sounds, vibrations that resonate in our bodies and give us well-being.
We begin with an excursion into the hills of the Curone Valley Regional Park, among the thousands of vineyards on splendid terraces, the forest, a leap into the peasant past among the Galbusera Bianca, Galbusera Nera, Cascina La Costa and Cascina Ratta farms. A small paradise in the heart of Brianza. A loop tour where we will discover the Pyramids of Montevecchia, astronomical observation centres used by the ancient Celts! At dusk, we will be in a small clearing where Walter will have set up the instruments, lying down with the blanket we let ourselves be lulled in the Gong bath! I won’t spoil it, I really enjoyed it 😉
