Oh yes, because we enjoy the tranquillity in the mountains in the evening, starting from an altitude of 1,200 metres we ride a beautiful loop through the heart of the Larian triangle, watched over by Monte San Primo. An initial stretch along a cart track through the woods and views of the Valassina brings us into the relaxing atmosphere of nature at the end of the day
We listen to the sounds of the forest, some roe deer might bark (yes, because the cry of this animal is similar to the barking of a dog!). More likely, we might spot some mouflon along the steep slope of the ‘sacca di Barni’. Take a look at the video
After an uphill stretch, the panorama opens up to the lake of ever-amazing beauty. The time has come for a break for something to eat and a glass of wine. It is now sunset, a sliver of moonlight will keep us company on the way back. The charm of the night is enriched by mysterious sounds, an owl? The grunting of wild boars? Nice to walk in the dark, one becomes a child again. An evening we will remember!
